League automatically created Rookie League teams

In my league, the game randomly created a couple rookie league teams. This is the second or third year of the league so it's not like I didn't create enough rookie league teams, I also used the MLB quickstart. Any idea why the game created these extra teams and if there's anything I can do?

what teams did it make? i know there is an extra AZL team as the game can't do odd number of teams but other than that there are some that are wrongly named, due to name changes or spacing but that's it

It made added a third rookie team to some clubs that weren't there last year.
