How to use tbdx3 files?

Guys,

I am relatively new to this great sim. I would like to update some of my boxer ratings using the tbdx3 files that have been posted. I can't figure out how to do this? Would someone kindly post a short "how to"?

Hi Star the easiest way is to download the file from here then go to fighter link then import the file that you downloaded. That's it
