Walsh/Appleby was a great fight!!!! Appleby had it in the bag knocking down Walsh in the 7th but Walsh rallied back to get an end of 10th stoppage (and a late round 10th rd kd of his own) to get the win. And Anyone else noticed the blatant trademark ripoff of Warner Brothers?

The great sportsmanship after the fight too. And the announcer didn't challenge either fighter to a match....(and likewise he wasn't provoked) a little language but oh well its boxing.

This is what boxing should be this was a great fight and if it wasn't for the internet I would of missed this great fight. Box Nation bring it on...

(oh and this was a British Commonwealth title match too) Not a major title but probably is more respected and a "silver", "emeritus" or even "intermin" belt.

The announcers were questioning the walsh knockdown count but I think the ref called it fair. Unlike other refs I could mention here.....

Thoughts?????

Definitely fight of the year so far. Walsh should real grit coming back.

this was the other fight I was thinking about when fight of year comes to mind. I think this one was a better fight overall than the Kirkland bout but feel free to discuss.
