Another "albeit simple" league file question

So when i send out my league file...I m sending this email to people:

"This is the Fanatic League File that you will need to see the game on your computer

"League file attached"

Please see the attachment on the email (named accountsdata gms.dat). You will need this in your setting folder. If you do not have a setting folder, create one inside of your /saved_games/Fanatic Baseball League.lg/ folder"


So...about this attachment i have a couple of questions.

1. Its nessesary for everyone in your league to have this file? Why wouldnt this be embedded in the league file?

2. When I get a new owner, do i need to send him the most current version of that file?

3. Does that file have anything to do with the ability of the managers to export/import?

OOTP took the accountsdata_gm.da file out of the league file for security reasons so that being said every one needs the most up to date one to see the new gms . and its just best for eveyone to have a current one so no issues a rise
