Pitcher Development
Is it just me or do pitchers endurance never improve but only a steady and constant decline.
If you have a reliever your converting into a starter who has say 50% stamina, if you gradually increase his workload over the course of a few minor league seasons, shouldn't his stamina improve? It bugs me to have starters in the minors who have insane stuff with a large assortment of pitchers and to constantly decline in stamina despite increasing there innings. |

It does rarely happen, and it really should be more frequent.

Pitching Development, or lack there of, is a sore spot for many. The only real question with prospects right now is, how long is it going to take them to gain enough control to be effective? Everything else feels predetermined.
