Another Job for Coaches

Absolutley not sure if this has been suggested before:

It would be nice to have another Coach for your team.
That would be Fielding/Base Running-Coach.

Having a coach for Defense and Base Running would solve the problem of the randomly increasing or decreasing ranges,speeds and stealing abilities. (I think it´s random)
While it´s tough to teach speed, it should be possible to teach D and Baserunning (Stealing Ability). In my opinion it would be a nice addition. Having a good Defense/Running Coach would prevent good Defenders and Base Stealers from loosing their job.
It drives me nuts to see that my A defending and basestealing SS or OF decreases in those categories, despite being in his prime. And because he isn´t a HR-hitting guy, he´ll have a tough time being a regular or even making the 25 man roster.
And a good coach should help miserable fielders and runners get better. Of course, it´s unrealistic to think a lifetime E Defender could improve to an A Rating, just because you just hired a coach for those Areas. But those kind of guys should be able to improve in those Areas to. Just a little bit.

I would like to see this one in a future edition of OOTP.
