refresh face gen pics

For some reason when i hired a new trainer he has a different looking jersey than the rest of the staff. I went to auto reload and it didn't do anything. How do i have it refresh or whatever?

Open the Person Profile and in the bottom right will be a drop-down menu labeled Picture. Select the top option "Same Picture" and he should change his uniform.
