Adding another pitch

To do something about all of the two pitch pitchers who could be good if they had another pitch, I would like to add one to them. However I'm not sure how to do this fairly. I know in looked up some way before but I have no idea where it is. Any help would be great.

Make sure you're in Commish mode, then go to the player editor and you can add a pitch.

No I know how to do it, I just don't know how to make it balanced or fair. I could add another pitch easily, but wouldn't that improve their stuff and their overall ratings, while those uneditted would not? I want indicators to know how good I should make the 3rd pitch, if I should drop off some other stats due to it, or if the player is just gifted enough to get it.

Well, there is no set formula for doing this. It's up to you to decide if you want his 3rd pitch to be great, good, avg, poor, etc.

I'd suggest trying to balance it with the quality of pitching in your league.
