player pictures/logos problem

Ok so i messed up some where....

I am trying to add player pictures, team logos and what not for the MLB quickstart I went into my ootp12 folder and put the logos in the 'logos' folder. Started a new game and it was succesful upon further reveiw however the team logos are now on all of the players page as their picture..

So i downloaded a players picture file from padresfan's website and extracted it into the photos file, and still the players pictures are the logos....

sorry if this doesnt make since im not the best with explaining these things

Try going into League Options & Rules - Player Picture Options and Update
Player Pictures...see if that helps ya.

I am having the same problem. I was only getting logos at first, but after clicking "update" as was suggested, I am only seeing fictional player pictures. What am I doing wrong here? The managers and coaches have the right images, but not the players.
