Playoff Format

Can you change the way the playoffs work? I want the top 5 teams in the NL and AL to make it to the playoffs.

Yeah, if you go to the "Game Setup" screen, and then click on "options" there should be an option for Custom Playoffs, which opens up a Custimization Wizard in which you can pick which spots will make the playoffs. However, your format wouldn't work as far as I know, because OOTP doesn't do byes.
