Moving team to other league (historical)

Suppose a guy wanted to start an Historic game, and move one team to the other league (moving a second team in the other direction). Any way to do this?

Create the league. Make sure you are in commissioner mode.
Go to the "OOTP" tab (top left)
Select "Game Setup"
Select "League Setup" tab
Then click "Edit League Structure" and on the right side you will see "Move Team"

Forgot to add, once you edit the league structure you may need to regenerate the league schedule.
