Qustion about I.FAs.
If I plan on having an international league, say the Japanese league, and let their players leave via free agency to the MLB, would I then need to worry about setting the IFA to a number? Or will that just only create players out of thin air? And if I do go with a Japanese League and not set an IFA number, will I then not see them declaring MLB free agency at the right time? For me, honestly, it is the timing at this point that I care about more than having an actualy Japanese league.
