Salary payments as part of a trade

I know this was mentioned as a feature. Has anyone figured out how to have salary payments as part of the trade option. I'm at a loss.

Yeah that just came up in the thread I started about asking owners for more money as well... no sign of either yet.

I hope they didn't put that in a newsletter and then not include it in the game.
