Caught stealing completely borked?
Is the stat just completely screwed? Start a new historical league in 1901 (with the historical rosters, lineups, no scouting or coaches, recalc players/league totals every year) and by 1921 there are already 30 players that have been caught stealing 50+ times in a single season. That means that over 30 players are well over the actual major league record (42) in that stat. Someone point out to me that has been always a borked up stat in previous versions, so it just unfixable?

There's a modifier for it in the league totals.

IIRC, CS totals aren't even available for the early 1900s, so I'm not sure what they based them on. I'm sure someone who developed the file can provide more info.
