Player Contracts
I have a player in theist year of his contract. He says he wNts to stay, however I negotiated to long and he says he is going to test freeagency. I was not happy that I did not give him what he wanted because he is my ace pitcher. I thought for sure I lost him. Then later in the season he wants to negotiate again. I was kind of stunned. I imediatly offered what he wanted. He still wNted more, I still ended up signing him. Why would he be willing to negotiate with me again after he said he wS going to test freeagency? Wouldn't it be more reListic if he didn't negotiate with me and test freeagency like he sId?

I think you can avoid the testing free agency thing if you get his morale back up
