amateur pitchers with only 2 pitches

It seems that 90% of the pitchers in the draft each year are MR and have only 2 pitches to their repatoire. Regardless of their stamina, they will never be quality starters because of this. Anyone else notice this?

I've noticed it too, but I usually keep them as middle relievers unless they have high stamina. They can, and sometimes do, develop another pitch and become effective starters.
