Uniforms reverting back

I habve a league where I am using Spritze's Gambo's facegen pack and a historical jersey pack.

Problem is, my 1902 pics are showing 1901 uniforms. I can get it to change if I go to each iplayer page and choose same face, but they revert back again. Players that are traded to the team have the 1902 uniforms, so it is just the players that were there last year.

I changed the teams logos and unifroms at pre season, then chose update generate player/coach pictures and nada.

Am I doing something wrong?

I have the following selected

Player pictures "for all players"
Create player pictures "on demand"
Update/generate player pictures "always if needed"

I see the reset logos and uniformas on the bottom, but am hesitant to copy the current year logo/caps/jerseys in the appropriate file and click it

Any help would be much appreciated, thatnk you in advance!
