Warm up pitcher

If I am playing a game how do I warm up a pitcher? I figure out how to substitute and have the option to substitute a pitcher if infant but unsure if this allows warming up a pitcher or not?

The pitcher is warmed up when you put him into the game (we don't want to much micromanagement in iOOTP)., so you don't have to worry about that.
