I am trying to use Paint.net to make a jersey that will take on the team colors and such (like the default styles and some add ons such as vintage) but my players just end up with the green, blue and red colors.

Can someone point me to where I might find some info on what I am doing wrong?

u should use the jersey temple on padres fan site
go here OOTP FaceGen Files

goto the bottom where it says
Fictional and the first one should be Gern44 templete use that one us it in paintshop is the best to use it in but u can use it in any software that opens .psd files
