Team Personnel???

I am wondering if OOTP12 is going to have all of the coaches (Pitching, hitting, bench, bullpen, first base and third base) on the Major League teams and have all of the Minor League coaches. In OOTP11, if you go to team personnel reports and click on affiliated teams and click on a team you can view that teams' entire coaching staff. I noticed on some of my minor league teams they have more coaches listed there than by going to the scouting and team personnel section. Why? Shouldn't human GM's be able to hire and fire all minor league team personnel just by go to the scouting and team personnel section?

Another thing I'm wondering is...will human GM's be able to outright players from the 40-man roster and send players whom are on the DL on a rehab assignment?

Also, the AI needs to be improved in team trading. Whenever I try to initiate a trade the opposing GM ALWAYS wants players from my major league 25-man roster and NEVER anyone from the minors. Why?

i like just having 3 coaches at AAA dont want any more.....as far as trading whats your trade criteria...i know when i had mine set to heavily favor prospects i couldnt trade anyone older then 27 to anyone but i could throw a bunch of 2 stars at someone for their #1 SP even when they were in a playoff race.

Are you aware that the standard among posters on this forum is to set trading (in Game Setup) to 'favor prospects' or 'heavily favor prospects'? Usually this is combined with setting trading difficulty to 'hard'. If you aren't doing this now, it might help. If you are doing this already, I'm sorry I couldn't help.

For those that are unfamiliar as how to get to view the minor leage team personnel on a per team basis here is how to get there:

A) Click on your teams' drop down menu and go to REPORTS. This can be seen in the Step 1 screenshot below. Notice that Reports has a sub-menu. Open it by mousing over to the arrow.

B)Click on the Personnel Report in the Reports sub-menu. This can be seen in screenshot 1 below.

C) Click on the Affiliated Teams button and then click on any of your Minor League teams' name. This can be seen in screenshot #2 below.

Notice that in screenshot #3 below that the Memphis Redbirds has a few team personnel that are hidden by otherwise going to Scouting & Personnel from your Major League teams' tabbed menu under the team name (Home, Roster, Transactions, etc.). Some Minor League teams even have their own GM (this can be seen in the x-tra screenshot I included below (the Palm Beach Cardinals screenshot).

Also, by going to the Team Personnel Report you can find out how much $$$ you are being paid. Notice that I'm working as the Cardinals GM for FREE (screenshot #2)???

I sure hope that OOTP12 corrects this.

I always look at my team options under my name and only use the team menu pulldown to look at other teams. So this is helpful. Thanks for telling me about it.
