Here is a reason for someone looking for a fictional league to consider this one.

There was a new league that showed up here just a couple months ago-- that league started up, had a full roster of enthusiastic GMs, and then the commish dropped it.

By contrast-- WWBL has been running at least 5+ real time years (since OOTP 6.0, that I know of, probably more) -- good staying power-- a good thing.

This is a good league, with an active trade season, and a resident stat junkie who posts some Bill James type stuff each season.

I would recommend this league to beginner's as well, in part due to what you could learn about your team while reading some of the above mentioned stat posts.
