Face Gen Help

Hello. The commish of my online league updated all of the face gen pics to get all the players in their current team's jersey. He is now getting an error message that states the file size is too big when he tries to upload. He removed the image folder from the league file, uploaded again, but he is still getting the same error message.

Does anyone know a way to fix this?
