League team import file problem

We are running a 20 team fictional league. All of a sudden one team's ftp import file won't load. We've tried getting the file via email and that didn't help. I sent a new zip file to the owner and had him reload. That didn't help. How can we proceed? Thanks.

The only reason that I know of why a team's ftp won't load is if he is using a different "dated" file that the commish.
