Talking Highest Scoring Inning

Hi Guys,

just wondering what is the highest scoring inning you have ever had?

I had a couple of 8s, until 5 minutes ago, I scored 13 in a inning...

mod may lock this thread if it's existed somewhere, i'm just curious

I started a thread on a similar topic a few weeks ago. I am consistently seeing big innings. As an example in the last two weeks I've had 6 innings (for or against) of 6+runs. I think my max is a 15 run inning from last season.

That was not very nice to bring that up. I am working through therapy to try and forget it.

The worst part is how many of the runs scored with 2 outs!

You made the right choice. I watched them last night and was in a bad mood the rest of the night.

I hope they went from the 9th inning, straight to the plane.

Get the heck out of Colorado!

Based on today's result, it looks like that is exactly what they did - just a game too early!

from last night's post to my dynasty thread...

Quote:
Marcum and the Bees melted down in the bottom of the 5th when the Yankees roasted them for 12 runs, a single to Teixeira, a walk to A-Rod, a single by Headley, a 3-run double by Swisher, an intentional walk (!) to Ishikawa, an error on 1B Brian Dopirak to load the bases again, a triple by “Broadway Jerry” Owens to clear them again, a double by Aybar to score Owens, and FINALLY a new pitcher, Josh Roenicke, to bail Marcum out. But the fun started right back up again as Marcum walked Cano, gave up an RBI single to Teixeira, another RBI single to A-Rod, struck out Headley to retire his first batter, a 3-run homer to Swisher (his 6th RBI of the inning), another walk to Ishikawa, and Jason Frasor came on to give up a single and then get “Broadway” Jerry to fly out to end the inning with 12 runs on 9 hits and an error and 2 men left on base (!) and the Yankees ahead 13-0.
It ended 15-0, but by spending all the runs the Bombers went on to lose the next two games to the last-place Bees

I've had a team give up 15 runs in one inning before.

I gave up a 15 run 9th inning, and I entered the inning up 5-1.

Not even close to the worst display of pitching in RSL history, whoever you are!

The Eagles put up 16 runs in the 6th inning of a 31-0 victory

The Wolves completely annihilate the Vikings (you'll note, on the same day as the above game, bizarrely)

Philly totally rips the Baltimore pitching staff to shreds...and then Cincinnati does the same thing a few weeks later.

Reading the following is like passing a huge wreck on the highway...you just can't look away.

Top 9, Cincinnati Twins batting

Pitching for Baltimore Kings: B. Shute

E. Reynolds flies out, one out
J. Martinez triples
F. Dye singles, J. Martinez scores
G. Rico doubles, F. Dye to third
R. Diaz homers, G. Rico, F. Dye, and R. Diaz score

Pitching for Baltimore Kings: D. Puckeridge

G. Tavarez flies out, two outs
A. Baggaley singles
H. Witty singles, A. Baggaley to third
M. Powell walks, H. Witty to second
E. Reynolds walks, A. Baggley scores, H. Witty to third, M. Powell to second
J. Martinez singles, H. Witty and M. Powell score, E. Reynolds to second
F. Dye doubles, E. Reynolds scores, J. Martinez to third
G. Rico homers, J. Martinez, F. Dye, and G. Rico score
R. Diaz walks
G. Tavarez walks, R. Diaz to second
A. Baggaley walks, R. Diaz to third, G. Tavarez to second
L. Farthing singles, R. Diaz and G. Tavarez score, A. Baggaley to second
M. Powell triples, A. Baggaley and L. Farthing score
E. Reynolds singles, M. Powell scores
J. Matinez singles, E. Reynolds to third

Pitching for Baltimore Kings: D. Ingram

F. Dye flies out, three outs

Top of the 9th over - 16 runs, 13 hits, 0 errors, 2 left on base; Cincinnati 24 - Baltimore 3

Couple of days ago I got this, just want to share, and sorry to bump up the old post

All the 5 errors made by the Diamondbacks were from Miguel Montero

This is by far the single biggest inning game I have got so far.
