Rival Leagues
I'd like the option to have one crop of amateur players, where all major leagues draft from the same pool of talent. Also, it would be nice if Feeder league didn't have to be tied to just one Major League.

Ya, some Pro leagues too. For example, Liga Paralela has teams affiliated with an MLB franchise and teams affiliated with Venezuelan Professional Baseball League teams.
