How Do I Unlicense and ReInstall OOTP11?

My OOPT11 keeps crashing for some reason. It has run flawlessly in the past. I want to do a complete reinstall of OOTP11. Do I have to unlicense the game first? If so, how do I go about that? I do not see that as an option this year. How do I find my order number for when I try to re-license the game? Any help would be appreciated.

You can unlicense the game from the Game Preferences area (available from main screen or the OOTP menubar in-game). There is a license tab in there.

I think you can actually uninstall and reinstall without unlicensing. But to be safe, you should probably unlicense first anyway. Make sure you note your Order ID just in case - it will be shown on the screen before you unlicense.

Just so you know you can uninstall and when you reinstall it still saves your Licience, just as long as you use the same PC or Mac

What is the official/correct/best way to uninstall OOTP11? I'd like to try it again and see if I can clear up these issues I'm having lately.

Well, I'm pretty sure the official way would be: unlicense, uninstall, reinstall, relicense. Maybe it would help.

Has the crashing occurred with only one saved game league? Occasionally the league database will get corrupted and cause crashing. Try another league to ensure it is the game, not the specific league.

I actually meant is there an official uninstall icon or place to select to unistall anywhere? I do not see one in this years game.

I just loaded an older league that I had and it crashed when I tried to make a baseball card. It seems to crash whenever it has to pull from any sort of image folder.

I tried that and the game just said it was unliscensed and would now run in demo mode. I didn't see the Order ID or anything else. Now I don't have the Order ID anywhere as my email and hard drive have been wiped clean. Any ideas on how to "find" my order ID?

I got another strange thing.
I had my old OOTP10 and when trying to start it just "flipped" out. I few second of the "Time glass" then just end. Nothing at all.....

Trying to unistall issues code error -6, telling my something with internet.
Since I´m on here Internet is working.
Tried install OOTPX but can´t get anywhere ??

In the second section, they can email you your order number. With that, you can get your license number by entering info in the first section.
