the only way i know how to do this is go to Explore world under the Gm tab(your name) and then search based on country atleast. i only glanced at it but i have 11 players from aruba, odd i cant think of 1 real MLB player from Aruba yet i have 11.

Andrew Jones is from Curaçao, like Aruba, a former Dutch colony.
Baseball Reference has this list of players born in Aruba Last edited by Who Killed Kenny?; 10-13-2010 at 12:36 PM. |

Aruba is part of what they call the Kingdom of the Netherlands, with Ponson and Jones being born there they will hold a Dutch passport.

Indeed they play for the Dutch WBC team, but that is because their respective countries are part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands which consists of the Netherlands and its former colonies.

Since no one actually answered your question yes, there is. Go into transactions and the 'all players' tab. Then click the filter drop down menu and hit... customize I believe. work the menus so that the first line will read that you are filtering all players that's hometown contains " " where that blank is whatever state you'd like. For example if you wanted all players from Minnesota you'd manipulate the filter so it filtered all players whose hometown contains Minnesota. Sorry this isn't as accurate as I'd like but I'm away from my PC. I'll edit this so it's more accurate later when I'm home if this doesn't help.

I am surprised that it DOES work.
There are some things you CAN NOT filter for (only Markus knows why).
