Deleted Leagues showing up on online league file list

i am starting a mlb league that will also have feeder teams and independent leagues involved. i created a file with all the leagues i am using and deleted some that i decided not too. everytime i go to upload files for online leagues i get list of leagues to check for making files. on that list i have all the leagues i am using and also the ones i deleted, and also leagues are listed multiple times. this is very confusing and not sure how that affects the creation of online files for a league. is there anyway to delete those double and deleted leagues from that list. and if not does anyone know of a good independent league world file with all the 7 active independent leagues i can attach to the mlb roster that will not cause this problem. i hope i make some kind of sense, i am very confused.

this may or may not be considered a "bug", but even deleted leagues/players/teams, etc. remain in your universes database, so they can never be truly deleted.

If you can start from scratch, and by that I mean not using the pre-made leagues, you can avoid having those leagues in your databases.
