Cant Trade- Is Salary cap the reason?

i have salary cap on, although i have never noticed an issue with it since it is set at 75mil and my team payroll is only at 33 this season....i am trying to trade away my 39 yr old RF and my 35 yr old LF for either a RF/LF and/or a LHP SP...i am still having problems with trading....my issue soon will be the fact that my entire team is in abbitration range so each season from 2002 (now) til 2005-06 my team payroll is gonna keep going up and i need to trade about 6 players away to keep my payroll down and to bring up the 5 guys that r near ready for ml.

take a look let me know what u see.

I'm no expert on financials, but negative budget room means you have no money.

I gotta say, the "Patience" has to be the worst team name I've ever heard of.

Your player payroll far exceeds the budget. You have no money and in real life you may miss payroll. Imagine you are in hock to the Mob. Even if you were to inject $22M cash you could not add another player. You might be able to if more money leaves than comes in but I'm not sure.

Looks like you have an owner who thinks it's the 1980's (12 mill budget) and players who think it's the 1990's....
