Standings - help
i have an idea of what this means but wanted some clarification the Diff mean how many wins or loses compared to this time last yr?

I believe the "diff" is what your record is as compared to what would be expected under the Pyt record. So as shown above, Chicago as a record of 92-54, but their Pyt record is 89-57; a difference of three (3) games.

good lord where do ppl come up with these things from? i love baseball and its unique stats and #'s but sometimes it goes overboard.
can someone find if someones Pretty Young Thing was an indication of them having a late season collapse ala Mets/Padres or coming out of nowhere? |
