No pictures or logos, new 2010 game

I installed this on my PC and downloaded the newest version (23). Default installation, started the game, hit "New 2010 Major League Game", named the game, then waited thru league creation, created a human manager, took over the Nationals with "can't get fired" enabled, and then...

No player pictures, no logos, nothing of the sort. All generics. The player pictures are generic team logos.

This has not been a problem with my Mac version, although I haven't started a new league on .23 to try it.

all preferences are default. Here's facegen prefs, FYI:

OOTP can't use player pictures or team logos for copyright reasons. You can download the photopacks and logopacks from Padrefan's website. The facegen is probably set to "On Demand" in the players and pictures tab in game setup, set it to "Upon Player Creation" for facegen pictures.
