I need a Re-license?

My hard drive quit on my computer and I lost Title bout and 5 years of work. I got a new hard drive and just today got the old drive working with a new circuit board, but I can't play the game. The good folks helped me out for OOTP Baseball now I need the same help for Title Bout. I will also post this in the Tech forum for help. But I know some of the Moderators come here as well. Thanks

The game is not working and it's not an old computer, it's an old hard drive. There are no icons just files, I have both hard drives installed on the same computer. There is no way for me to start the game. I want to move the old files onto the new computer , but I must download the game first, get a license and then hopefully copy all the files from the old drive into the new game. I also can not find any files that say receipt.
