Two Big Achievements in One Day!!
So, I had two very good things happen to me in my OOTP franchises, which are personal firsts for me:
-First: My 2016 Royals, after years of being on the brink and enduring bad luck come playoff time, won the World Series in beating the Atlanta Braves, 4-2. My core of Billy Butler, Freddie Freeman, Ryan Zimmerman, and starting rotation cogs Zack Greinke, Stephen Strasburg, and Mike Montgomery took it home for me. Personally, I've endured so many 85-89 win seasons or first-round exits with different teams that it was nice to finally win it all. This team had a fantastic bullpen and that's what I think helped pull through. That, and the team overall is quite good, I must say. REPEAT TIME!!! ![]() -Then: I was messing around with my Pirates franchise in 2012 and BOOM, Gavin Floyd pitched a no-hitter in mid-July against the Nationals. 9 innings, 3 walks, 4 strikeouts, 109 pitches. A no-hitter and World Series title in the same day. It's about time I have some good fortune with this game!! ![]() P.S. - I bookmarked both things. How do you turn them into a picture file?? |

Many times, clicking the print screen button in windows will actually perform the same function as if you copied image data from an existing image. If you pull up an image editor (I use the Gimp, free) you can actually just click the paste button and it will insert the print screen image. Then you just save as whatever you want.
I have trouble getting this to work sometimes with full screen applications, but I've done it somehow in OOTP before so it should work in either that or windowed mode. |

Yeah, use PrtSc then paste into a nice graphics program like IrfanView, crop or resize to suit and save.

Irfanview is free and does a really good job of this.
IrfanView - Official Homepage - one of the most popular viewers worldwide

Yes, PrntScrn is a wonderful Windows misnomer. You don't have to print. It should be called CopyScrn.
