NABA Pitching Problem

I downloaded the NABA quickstart and just noticed that there are no individual pitch ratings and every pitcher has a stuff rating of 20. Am I missing something here? I updated it to V.11 as part of the download process. Any ideas?

if its designed for a version of the game before they implemented individual pitches then during the update to the current version, it will not have any pitches for anyone. since stuff is now based on individual pitches, it will give you poor stuff ratings as well. not sure which version they implemented the individual pitches.

I hope that's not the case because it makes it unplayable. I guess I should have looked at that before I spent two days tweaking it.
