Place to report bugs?

Is there an official place to file a bug so that it gets into some kind of queue, or is this forum it?

You can submit an official support ticket or, if preferable to you, start a thread that clearly demonstrates what you're seeing and it's likely a beta member will attempt to replicate it - if they haven't seen it already - and get it into Project Tools for a look.

If you choose the thread method, just make sure someone does respond that they've done so, or you're rolling dice. On the other hand, every support ticket eventually - and I stress eventually - gets in front of Markus.

That's not strictly true. Markus or Andreas will be alerted to something that truly looks like a bug or unexplainable technical problem. The object is to resolve or fix as many tickets as possible without having to post them in the PT system. Even better is when they can be resolved right here!

Of course you would say that----you are always just guessing at---- oh, wait. Thought I was somebody else for a minute.

Thanks, Steve!

Oh dear. Don't tell me it's catching. Or is the attack of the pod people finally underway?

Just one of those things that's hard to get out of your head. I can only imagine what's going through yours.
