Installing Mods

I'm new to OOTP and haven't figured out how to install mods. When I go to the add-ons screen it wants .xml files. I am interested in some from the Padresfan website, but can't figure out how to install them.

That is a pretty broad question, so I suspect you are looking for a point in the right direction.

Here are few places you can look for detailed instructions.

OOTP Mods Forum - There are several sub forums with some posts on how to do different things (including installation) as well as descriptions of what is available.
