Difference between ML Quickstart and 'New MLB Game'?
What's the difference between the two in terms of starting up an MLB league?

One is a quickstart and one isn't.

OOTP Baseball Manual - Quick-Start Games Majors - This quick-start is for the 2010 major leagues. There is no difference between loading this quick-start and choosing Create New 2010 Major League Game from the Main page.
