Random Debut Database Creator

I have been playing OOTP X using the Random Debut Database creator that was created by Sandman. It is a lot of fun and provides endless possibilities as to the different associations that can be created.
I have sent a PM/Email to him asking if the Random Debut Database creator can be used with no problems with OOTP 11. Have received no reply as yet from him so I was wondering if anyone knows if it can be so used.
Also, I asked him if he were planning to update/upgrade the creator but, having not received a reply as yet, was wondering is some savvy person would ever be interested in making an updated version.
I wish I had the skills to do so I don’t so I am hoping that someone can help.

Hopefully, Sandman replies. It is his work after all.

If not, I can take a look. I have done randon arrival DB in the past for my own use (and one on-line league).
