This is pretty damn huge for sports in North America.

It's actually not that huge. It leaves a door open to sue NFL, but it doesn't mean you would succeed.

American Needle now has to go back to the lower court to prove how NFL is harming the consumer interest.

NFL can still do similar deals in the future, and it would be figured out case-by-case in courts.
