Can anybody make a utility for this

Hey while i was out jogging i was thinking, has anybody came up with a utility that does this. Jose Vidro Player Page I talked to Jway about it and he said iatrics did it, i searched the forum, but couldnt find anything about it. Someone takes my idea damn lol. Could someone tell me where to get this particular utility, if for there isnt one, could someone please make one that does it. Im sure it is not as complex as some of the other OOTP Utilities, so it should be fairly simple, but what do i know?

theres more utilities than i thought there was from reading some of the forums. I dont remeber ootp3 having nearly as many
