What do you do when you draft a pitcher, that also has good hitting abilities and can play multiple positions?
Switch his position to a fielder, or just ignore it and keep him pitching? There was one guy I drafted had 4 great pitches, stamina, etc.. but also played 2nd, 3rd, OF.. even as a pitcher (30 games started) he ended up with like 6 hrs, batting .350+ |

If you play the guy at all those positions he will improve at all those positions, but I don't know how all that playing time will affect his fatigue level when pitching. It would be an interesting experiment. Why don't you nickname him 'Babe.'

Unfortunatly the game crashed during the off-season - save point, so I had to delete the league... but I noticed every draft there a few there..

From what I've seen, your best bet when trying to use a player as both a pitcher and a hitter is to set him as a hitter and put him in the pitching depth charts. It seems as though his pitching and fielding/hitting endurance is kept separate. If you leave such players set as pitchers, the AI won't use them to sub for other players or pinch hit.
