Help me save my rosters

I am going through and creating my own rosters for personal use (and am willing to share them) that will consist of the 2010 ammy draft pool and players edited to current scout determination ratings.

How can I save this file for later use so that I can use it with multiple dynasty's, as well upload it for others to use?

Would also like to be able to save my settings and logo's that I upload so it doesn't take an hour just to set up a new game.
