Foreign % In Nippon & Korean Leagues

Does anyone know the foreign percentages for the two leagues I have listed on the title?

I'm trying to make a league called Pacific League Baseball--(2 leagues [Japan League & Filipino League], 3 divisions, 30 teams). Right now I have the foreign percentage set to 5%. I'm trying to find data that reflects the foreign % in the real life Nippon & Korean leagues.

Thanks.

Both leagues have a limit to the number of foreigners allowed per team. In Japan you can have 4, in Korea you can have 2. I would imagine most teams fill their allotted foreigner slots.

So if you wanna take the average of the 2 on a 25 man roster .. 3/25 = 12 percent.

In the KBO, only two foreigners are allowed on each roster. And I don't remember for sure, but I believe that these two slots can include only one batter and one pitcher.

The Nippon Baseball League allows up to four foreign players on each team's top level roster. However, I believe there may be a rule that, if a foreign player plays long enough to qualify for free agency in the NBL, then he is no longer considered a foreign player against the limit.
