Help me start a game please.
Hey guys, I have bought this game 2 years in a row and I just can't figure out how to start a fun game. All I want to do it start an MLB season with real players and teams, and only 3 levels of minor leagues. (A, AA, and AAA)
How do I do that? Is there a quickstart or a template i can use? |

Please define your idea for fun. Mine is starting in 1871 and playing a what if this guy was playing for this team and his teammates were so and so.

Just start a new 2010 game or MLB quickstart and then then click the OOTP icon top left and click "game Setup" From that screen under "Editors" (left hand side of page", click on "edit league structure" From that screen click on the "Select League" button (top right) and select the League you want to delete and from that page click on "delete division" do this for each divison. Repeat process for all leagues you don't want.. Once you're done..if you want to keep this setup to use again, save it as a quickstart...you do this by clicking the OOTP icon top left and select "save game as quickstart" and you'll always have this setup just in case something messes up..
Pretty sure this will get you what you want.. Note: you might want to release the league's players to free agency before you delete them so you don't run short later on. Not 100% sure about this though as I've never deleted leagues before..
