Need Help From This Great Community On Creating A New League!

I want to setup a new league using all of the MLB teams with a few new fictional teams. I want to have the American and National league each with four divisions of four teams. There will be no wildcard winners, just the four divisional winners from each league would play each other in a 7 game series for the first round. Then there would be a 7 game series for the League Championship and then another 7 game series for the World Series. I will be using all new fictional players for the entire league. I want to have every team have an equal shot at being a good team. I'm debating whether to use financials or not. I like the idea of having all of the teams start on a level playing field at the inagaural (sp?) draft. Any suggestions here would be greatly appreciated!

I'd love to find a logo set (and uniforms too!) of the MLB teams that has all of the colors already set for me. Does a set like this already exist? If so, how exactly do I go about putting them in the right location so when I start/create my new league the engine knows to use these and creates the teams with all of the logos/uniforms/colors set for each team? Any help here would be greatly appreciated! I'll do a little digging to find the couple of fictional logos that I'll need. I still have to work on breaking up the MLB teams and making the newly designed divisions. I figured I'd post this and see what this great community has to offer before starting/creating my new league. Please post any suggestions/comments you might have to help me get started. I look forward to all of your replies!

Thanks for your time!

If you use financials I'd recommend these settings if you want parity:

- Set fixed budget for inaugural draft. This will keep payrolls of all teams fairly close in the beginning
- (Optional) Manually edit all the market sizes to approximately the same. 3-4 for small markets, 5-7 for average, 8+ is big market teams. If you keep the market sizes between 3-8 there won't be a big gap between the richest and poorest teams. You'll have to re-edit these about every 10 years
- Fixed media contract size (not based on market size)

Logos/uniforms there is a MLB and MiLB set on padres fan mods. That's what I'm using for my fictional MLB setup. Read the mod forum for setup info

Just start with the major lg quick start, release all players, delete all free agents, there is a tab in game set up allowing you to edit lg structure, make sure to go to add on central in a dummy lg before you set this up, dl and install the all in one mod and you will then have team logos, unis, caps, parks already in the new game.
