Player Images come in two varieties:

Player Photo: Actual player photograph.

Facegen: Computer generated image.

Which folder to save to? It depends.

1) For all future leagues you create: Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 11\photos

2) For a current saved game: Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 11\saved_games\<Saved Game Name>\news\html\images

Yes, if you have Facegens and someone gets traded, their uniform will change.
