Blank box when prompted for baserunning decision?

I play out about 1/3 of my games. Twice now I've gotten the pop-up window where you can make a decision about sending your runner.

I know those decisions are often made in the heat of the moment but I was hoping to get more information to go on that this:

I'm playing in a 1024x800 window on a laptop running Win7 x64.

The text is there, it just seems to be a similar colour to the background. I only noticed this because my monitor is a bit odd and flickers sometimes which makes white bits go green.

While I see what you mean, it is definitely not blank. I can make the text out pretty easily. Should probably be darker though. Well not probably, just should be.

edit: i'll add it does seem totally blank when viewed straight on. from an angle I can see it perfectly though. Quite odd.

Note to self: Princess Kenny was really off-putting.

Wow, you're right. If I pick up the laptop and angle the screen just right I can make out the text. Barely.

That's not very convenient.

Just pretend it's really foggy and you can't see the baserunner clearly and he can't see you.

Seriously, though...it needs to be darker.
