Online ootp baseball leagues?

I know ... many of you may be wanting to boot me for asking too many questions about this game.

I am on the brink of ordering it and becoming a member of your society --- drifting away from ACTION PC BASEBALL, STRAT-O-MATIC and the like ... and wanted to know if there are many ONLINE OOTP BASEBALL LEAGUES out there and if they are usually openings?

My 6-year-old twins and I want to play a game that we can go up against others on the internet just like with the other games.

I think they would probably like this one more because there are pics of the players and some kind of ability to make baseball cards?

I would appreciate any info you can provide on leagues.

We would love to be in a draft league that isn't too time consuming with lots of games and stipulations.
