Online Manual?

Hi,

There are so many new features that people are excited about. The RTRs get people's appitite wet. I don't know what state the new online manual is in, but if it is pretty much up to date, it would be nice to provide the link so we can read about the details of the new features.

If it is still being worked on and not ready for public viewing then no problem. Just thought I would suggest it.

Bummer (but expected). I have found too many times that once I actually get the game I tend to skip the 'read the manual' part. Of course taking that small, additional time would also save me from grief and confusion, but at almost 50 years old I doubt that I will change that process too much....
