Financials File in v11

Not sure if I'm venturing into NDA land, but just out of curiosity does anyone know if the financials file that will ship with v11 is more like the one in v10, which was geared toward "realism" in salary distributions by era, or the one that shipped with v9, which was geared more toward play balance and keeping teams from going bankrupt.

I wound up using the v9 file with v10... just wondering if it received any attention this time around or if I'd be using the v9 file again.
